Easy recipes even a Groom can figure out
Dietis an integral part of losing weight. The good news is that you don't have to live on rice cakes and celery to trim down. A well-balanced diet with plenty of fruit, vegetables and protein will do the trick. Here are a bunch of recipes that are incredibly simple to prepare, even for the novice cook. One basketball game only counts for one cardio session, even if it lasts an hour. The trick is to find an activity that you enjoy and to make it a regular part of your weekly schedule. And make sure to switch things up to avoid cardio-boredom.
