Wedding day grooming for the groom

09.27.08 | Comment?

Typical preparation for any groom for a “nice occasion” will include a shower, a close shave and maybe even a haircut. But your wedding day should only happen once in your life, and in addition to all of those faces staring back at you, examining your every move, you’ve probably got a photographer on hand to capture it all on film. (Or memory card.) Some different grooming techniques for the Big Day might include anything from an eyebrow, hand/arm wax, to a (brace yourselves) manicure/pedicure. Groom Groove thinks the hand/arm wax might be a little extreme, but the brows could be a nice touch. Remember, especially for dudes, a manicure doesn’t mean they’re gonna put nail polish and lipstick on you. It just means they’re gonna make your hands look picture-perfect, which isn’t as easy in your own bathroom with a cheap pair oof drugstore-bought clippers and a bar of soap. Whatever treatments you decide on for your wedding, remember to take at least one test run so you know what type of results you can expect.
