I’ve yet to introduce the Man behind the scenes of all that is going on at the moment. All of this wedding prep work that I’ve done; he’s been more or less doing the same. My Best Man, the guy is like a brother to me and I’ve known him for the past 10 years, he accepted the role of being by my side as I take the leap into marriage, without question. I’m blessed to have my best friend stand by me at my wedding.
Whether you’re thinking of asking your brother, a cousin, your dad, your best friend, or your dry cleaner, make sure this guy is keen to get involved in the big day and everything leading up to it.
I’ve been lucky from the get-go; my best man has been on fire. He’s taken care of everything behind the scenes, from contacting all the boys, booking accommodations, and basically ensuring my Bachelor Party will go off without a hitch. He’s even nailed down some transportation for the day of the wedding. His work thus far has been impeccable and greatly appreciated.
Your best man is sort of like your Sports Agent. You’re basically the Michael Jordan of the marriage world and your best man wants to make sure he negotiates the best contract for you with all the perks, and the signing bonuses.
